Check-in
The check-in process ensures that your new tenants are in agreement with the condition of the property and the contents. Each item will be checked, and the condition agreed on the day the tenancy starts. A summary regarding the condition and the cleanliness of the property will be completed and signed by the tenants on the day. The inventory is signed and agreed by the tenants to prevent disagreements at the end of the tenancy. Keys are handed over and meter readings are taken. Check-out
The check-out takes place when your tenants move out and compares the condition at the end of the tenancy to that on the inventory and check-in reports. Any discrepancies are reported and recommendations are made regarding the responsibility for damage or if the item falls into the term of "Fair Wear and Tear".
