Check In/Out reports

The clerk will attend the Check In appointment with three copies of the prepared inventory.
The clerk will meet the tenant at the property and together confirm the accuracy of the inventory.

All relevant meter readings will be taken and itemised on the inventory.

All keys to the property must be handed over to the Agent prior to the inventory Check Out.

Alternatively if the tenant is attending the Check Out, they must be handed over to the inventory clerk at this time.

Once the documentation has been fully completed, the tenant will be asked to sign each page of two copies which will then be forwarded to the Landlord/Agent.

NB: A cancellation fee of £25.00 will be charged for all aborted visits unless at least 3 hours notice to postpone or cancel the appointment has been given and acknowledged by ourselves.
